"We had the best experience with Culture Chalk at San Juan La Laguna. Everyone there made it such a special time for my son and me, along with the other ‘Widows in Wild with kids’ group of 10+ women and 20+ kids of all ages. We truly were able to have an authentic experience and see the beauty of Lake Atitlán and the community through planned activities such as tuk-tuk tours, learning about bees, cacao, and weaving. We were able to use our Spanish at the local market. From kayaking on the lake to cliff jumping and hiking, it’s a trip we will forever cherish. If you have an opportunity to go, absolutely do it! You will love it. It’s beautiful in all the ways possible. We had so much fun, we have another trip with Culture Chalk to Peru planned for 2026."
